Art Workshops - Express Your SELF.
Art workshops are a perfect opportunity to let your imagination and emotions run wild and express yourself in art. In these workshops, under the guidance of the instructor and with the help of paints, we will create one painting where each participant can contribute their own piece to the artwork. These workshops are for everyone, and no special skills are required. Let's collectively pour our emotions onto the canvas and create something wonderful together.
Dariusz Sobiecki is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (traditional lineage) and Hatha Yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance. He completed the certified 3HO Kundalini Yoga course - Aquarian Teacher (Level 1) and is currently pursuing Level 2 certification. He currently teaches in Wrocław, Poland, at the Fabryka Energii Centrum Jogi and Studio Jogi Drzewo Życia, and is also a teacher at SAT NAM Club led by Aga Bera.
In 2021, his debut book "Energioobieg" (under the pseudonym Dariusz Konon) was published, emphasizing that whatever we say, think, do, or feel has an energetic impact on our lives, and the foundation of our happiness is self-love.
In the beautiful natural surroundings, we will explore the wonders of the meadow, discovering which valuable weeds grow in the area, which are edible, tasty, and which have medicinal properties. During the walk, you will learn sample recipes and the uses of herbs and wild edible plants. Guided by intuition and the supportive atmosphere of herb enthusiasts, we will search for seasonal gifts of nature. During the walk, everyone will have the opportunity to make their own collections, which they can later experiment with to explore new flavors. Our meeting will be divided into two parts – both theory and practice. You will learn practical ways to use herbs and weeds from your surroundings, how to gather them, and how to properly dry them. We will conclude our walk by discussing the collected herbs and tasting wild treats.
For the walk, it's a good idea to bring: comfortable shoes, a head covering, something for insects (ticks, mosquitoes), a basket for collections, water, and optionally an umbrella or rain jacket in case of bad weather.
How we breathe affects our physical and mental health. Breathing is the first thing we do after birth, but due to constant stress, the fast pace of life, and environmental pollution, our breathing has changed significantly. We start to breathe quickly, loudly, and through our mouths. This leads to many serious complications and is the cause of issues such as discomfort, excessive stress, heart diseases, and snoring.Through this workshop, you will learn:

We invite you to join our tribal circle to play traditional, trance-inducing rhythms originating from Africa. For thousands of years, these rhythms have served initiation rituals and contact with ancestors who transmit their wisdom and knowledge in this way. During the workshops, we will play, sing, and dance with the intention of fostering unity and togetherness throughout the entire festival.
